The STAR Batten System lets you add a new thwart or thwart location on your Outlaw raft, or any other PVC or urethane boat.

This system makes it easy to attach or remove a thwart from your boat. The included heavy-duty plastic batten spline locks the thwart securely in place.
We sell these individually, but you'll need two per thwart.
Glue the piece with one loop to your thwart and the piece with two loops to the boat.
