IN-STORE SERVICES

Do you Have a Storefront? What are Your Hours?

Yes. We are located at 7307 South State St., Midvale, UT. We are currently in our winter hours:

Thursday         10am-4pm

Friday              10am-4pm

Saturday          10am-2pm

Do you Make Repairs?

We do provide repair services. The current rate is $75/hour plus materials. More information can be found here.

Do you Rent Equipment?

Yes. Utah Whitewater Gear has full-gear rafts, paddle rafts, packrafts, inflatable kayaks, SUPs, and river tubes for rental. We also rent dry suits and PFDs. Unfortunately, we do not rent hard shell kayaks. All rentals can be found and reserved through the website during the rental season (March-October). If you would like to rent outside of our rental season, call the shop at (801) 455-5450 (Texts and pictures accepted).

Do you Offer Guided Trips?

Utah Whitewater Gear does not provide any guide services, but we do carry guidebooks to various rivers from Idaho, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona.

Do you Have This Product That is on Your Website Available in the Store?

Products viewed on the website have an availability number included in the description. This number usually reflects current stock in-store and online.

Can you do Custom/Special Orders?

Yes. Orders are dependent on availability from the manufacturers. We recommend calling the shop at (801) 455-5450 to see how we can best accommodate your needs.

 

DISCOUNTS

Do you Provide Industry Discounts?

We do not provide industry discounts. We are a family-owned business with fine operational margins. We cannot compete with industry discounts (i.e., pro-forms) offered by dealers and manufacturers.

Will you Price Match?

We will price match any price provided by the manufacturers. We will not match prices provided by any big box online retailers.

 

REFUNDS

Do you Provide Refunds?

Unused products can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. An in-store credit will be provided for any unused product returned after 30 days.
