Transport wood, brickettes, kindling, etc. along with the complete collapsed pan inside the rocket box.  After your first fire has cooled, just collapse the kit and slide everything back into the rocket box; no separate ash can needed.  Before starting your second fire, just dump the old ash into your rocket box and you are set.
