At just 4.7" deep, it sits lower to the water than thicker 6"+ boards, lowering your center of gravity for unbeatable balance. Plus it’s so much easier to climb back onto a thinner board from the water. Red’s cutting-edge MSL®800 double-drop-stitch material and patented RSS battens ensure incredible rigidity at this reduced thickness.

Lightning performance for longer boards. At 800g/m2 lighter than our ‘standard’ MSL®, MSL®800 utilises a super-fine inner weave to increase stiffness and reduce weight for a lighter, faster, more responsive ride on advanced paddling shapes.
Stiffness: A super-fine surface weave and reconfigured double-drop-stitch increase rigidity for more speed and agility.
Durability: Retains the same rock-solid MSL® signature coating for reliable strength and longevity.
Weight: At 800g/m2 lighter than MSL®, MSL®800 saves up to 2kg on 14' shapes for improved performance on longer boards.
Packability: A high-definition weave allows for a tighter roll and reduces weight, so it’s easier to take everything you need on your next adventure.
Care
Before storing, rinse all equipment in fresh water and let it dry completely.
To pack away, lay the deflated board deck-up and place the pump across the nose, leaving enough room to wrap the board over. Roll tightly, then secure with the strap. Use the backpack’s internal strap to secure the board inside.
Store your board in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If keeping it rolled up, avoid excess pressure on the straps. If space allows, it’s best to store the pump separately.
You can also leave your board inflated, ideally kept on a flat surface or upright – but do reduce the board’s pressure to below 15psi if not in use for a while.
