CloseDown River Standard Oar Tower w/ Bushing is a durable frame component designed to support smooth oar movement and secure mounting for whitewater rowing setups.
The Down River Standard Oar Tower w/ Bushing is our standard oar tower upgraded with bushings to prolong the life of the tower. Cast aluminum is a softer metal, in general, so we drill out our standard tower and press in oil impregnated bronze bushings that significantly prolong the life of your tower.
The Down River Standard Oar Tower w/ Bushing is our standard height, which fits most people 6ft and under. It can be cut to customize your biomechanics. The Down River Standard Oar Tower w/ Bushing is cast out of Aluminum and has a 12-degree angle in the head. The Down River Oar tower w/ bushing fits all 5/8in oar locks or pins. We offer two Oar Tower Base sizes to connect the tower to your 1.5in (XD) or 1.25in (LD) frame. The oar base and lock are not included.
