Rentals Fees and Charges
We charge a Rental Fee and a Security Deposit.
The Rental Fee is charged at the initial reservation, which covers everything selected during the time frame intended with the equipment available. Rental Fees are fully refundable before thirty (30) days prior of the day of rental and NON-refundable within thirty (30) days as it prevents "no shows" and demonstrates you are committed to the service.
Security Deposits are charged when the item(s) are picked up, and are completely refundable as long as the gear is returned undamaged and clean. Security Deposits are charged to ensure the return of rental gear and allow us to recoup any damage (if any). If any gear is returned dirty, you will be charged a $30 cleaning fee (which is usually taken off of the Security Deposit).
Waiver
A waiver must be signed for each individual using the equipment.
