Program Rules & Terms

1. Points Accumulation: Points are awarded for each qualifying purchase. Points cannot be earned on taxes, shipping fees, or certain non-qualifying items.

4. Exclusions: Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards and are non-transferable. Returns on purchases made with points will be refunded based on the final purchase amount after applying the discount.
5. Non-Eligible Products: All Partner Steel products and frame parts are non-eligible for point redemptions. 
6. Return Policy: In the event of a return, all points earned from that returned product(s) will be removed. Unfortunately, any points used to purchase the returned item cannot be returned to your account. 
7. Modification Rights: Utah Whitewater Gear reserves the right to adjust or modify the loyalty program, including redemption values or terms, at any time.
