Do you offer any classes or workshops?
Yes! We have a partnership with Wasatch Whitewater Kayak School, where we teach kayaking, packrafting, and SUP classes. Additionally, we host frequent FREE workshops for Go Paddle Utah, an organization aimed at lowering the entry cost of paddlesports and creating a vibrant paddlesports community in Utah.
Do you have a Loyalty Program?

Products viewed on the website have an availability number included in the description. This number usually reflects current stock in-store and online.
Can you do Custom/Special Orders?
Yes. Orders are dependent on availability from the manufacturers. We recommend calling the shop at (801) 455-5450 to see how we can best accommodate your needs.
DISCOUNTS
Do you Provide Industry Discounts?
We do not provide industry discounts. We are a family-owned business with fine operational margins. We cannot compete with industry discounts (i.e., pro-forms) offered by dealers and manufacturers.
Will you Price Match?
We will price match any price provided by the manufacturers.
Returns/Refunds
Do you Accept Returns?
Yes. Unused products can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. An in-store credit will be provided for any unused product returned after 30 days.
All returns over $100 will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Are There Exceptions to Your Refund Policy?
Yes, find our detailed refund policy here.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adhesives
- Solvents
- Custom items
- Closeout or Clearance items
- Items purchased through AFFIRM
- Locking carabiners
For defective items, please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information.
For damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or an exchange.
RENTAL GEAR
Do you Rent Equipment?
Yes. We rent Gear Rafts, Paddle Rafts, Inflatable Kayaks, Whitewater Kayaks, Packrafts, SUP's, and Camping Gear. Additionally, we are one of the few the rent Dry Suits in Salt Lake City. All rentals can be found and reserved through our online rental portal during the rental season (March-October). Do you rent Wet Suits?
No.
When can I pick up my rental equipment?
We understand that a 10am pickup does not always work for some trips. To mitigate this, we allow our customers to pick up rentals between 4pm-6pm the day before their rental period starts. For more clarity, all the shop at (801) 455-5450.
How do Rental Deposits Work?
We charge a Rental Fee and a Security Deposit. The Rental Fee is charged at the initial reservation, which covers everything selected during the time frame intended with the equipment available. Booking Fees are fully refundable before thirty (30) days prior of the day of rental;and NON-refundable within thirty (30) days as it prevents "no shows" and demonstrates you are committed to the service. Security Deposits are completely refundable as long as the gear is returned undamaged and clean. Security Deposits are charged to ensure the return of rental gear and allow us to recoup any damage (if any). If any gear is returned dirty, you will be charged a $30 cleaning fee (which is usually taken off of the Security Deposit). Refunds take
