Question: How can I check my points balance?

Answer: "You can access your loyalty profile through your customer portal. Visit our online store or scan one of our in-store QR codes for quick access. I recommend saving your digital membership card to your digital wallet for easy access in the future. 

 

Question: Do points expire?

Answer: "Yes. points expire after 12 months of no activity. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email reminder before they expire to give you a friendly heads-up."

 

Question: Do loyalty rewards expire?

Answer: "Yes. Once you claim a reward, it’s valid for 365 days. You can check expiry dates anytime in your customer portal."

 

Question: Can I be part of the loyalty program without getting marketing emails?

Answer: "Yes. You can join the loyalty program without opting into marketing. You can also change to opt-in for email or SMS preferences anytime."
