Bent shafts offset a paddler’s wrist angle to reduce stress and grip pressure. They also guide paddlers where to put their hands to reduce stress on forearms and shoulders. Until now, these benefits came with a hefty price tag. We at Accent Paddles have spent the past two years working on a way to bring all these benefits to all paddlers and we are happy to announce our Energy line of kayak paddles.
The Energy Hybrid is an industry first. It brings all the benefits of bent shaft technology at a fraction of the cost. The blade design is a perfect blend for low and high angle paddlers. The all carbon shaft provides the highest strength to weight ratio in the industry. The Kingpin connection system offers paddlers 0°, 30°, 60° and 90° Right Hand Control and LHC blade angle settings. The Energy Hybrid is available in lengths from 210cm to 240cm in increments of 10cm.
The Energy Carbon is constructed with premium materials for the kayaking enthusiast. With our Advantage Grip technology, paddlers will now be afforded all the benefits of bent shaft technology at an affordable price. The Energy carbon is constructed with a carbon shaft and our proprietary apX polymer blend. The blade design is a perfect blend for low and high angle paddlers.
